Fable Family Festival invites young and old to “awaken their inner Seanchaí” through our brand-new podcast.
Fable retells Irish myths and legends for young ears, as seanchaís and vibrant characters bring colourful tales of the fearsome Caorthannach (a monstrous dragon monster), the heroic Cú Chulainn, the Fairy Queen and the mischievous Puca, and the tragic Children of Li to life for new generations.
Author Dave Rudden creates a whole host of stories which are sure to enthral and entertain with readings by Actress Mary Murray and Singer Jerry Fish.
Recorded fireside on location in Bunratty we are also extremely happy to have legendary Seanchaí Eddie Lenihan as his stories of the Other Folk seek to delight and thrill as he gifts us with rare insight into the magical ways of the fairy folk.
